\nPartners of the event are: University of Economics and Business in Poznan (Poland), National Real Estate Association (NSNI), Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria (KBB), Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria (KAB), Realto Group, Arco Real Estate, Credit Manager, Comfort & Foros Brokers, UniCredit Bulbank, and Insulations EOOD.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\nThe International Scientific and Practical Conference \u201cConstruction Entrepreneurship and Real Property\u201d is held every year since 1985 by the Department of Business, Investment, Real Estate.<\/span><\/p>\nThe initiators for the annual conference are the founders of the Department of Business, Investment, Real Estate – Prof. Stanislav Hadzhiev, PhD and Prof. Georgi Dimitrov, DEconSc. The tradition has been diligently maintained by their followers for 40 years.<\/span><\/p>\n
The topic of the Conference \u201eConstruction Entrepreneurship and Real Property\u201d has not changed since 2006, but the topics of the papers are up-to-date and comprehensive. The main focus is on the issues of economics and management of construction, urban planning and real properties.<\/span><\/p>\n
The conference in November 2025 is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the “Real Estate and Investments” specialty and will be held in a hybrid format: in person in the city of Varna, Bulgaria and remotely via the GoogleMeet platform\u00a0 https:\/\/meet.google.com\/eue-cmfx-rap. The official languages \u200b\u200bof the conference are Bulgarian and English.<\/span><\/p>\n
The organizers of the conference believe that the meeting is beneficial for all participants among which are scientists, researchers, business representatives and students. The paper presentations and the discussions on the issues, conclusions and recommendations of the papers, will result in theoretical and practically applicable conclusions which will be very useful and will greatly contribute to the development of the economic theory and business.<\/span><\/p>\n
