The Journal of Construction Entrepreneurship and Real Property, ISSN …………., is a peer-reviewed academic research journal that publishes original author manuscripts on current contemporary economic issues in the field of construction entrepreneurship and real estate. The journal seeks to give way to innovative ideas, stimulate scholarly debate and reflect the scholarly heritage by presenting it refracted through the prism of contemporary economic development.
The publication of the journal was initiated by the Department of Business, Investments, Real Estate at the University of Economics – Varna and inherits the traditions of the 37 years old Proceedings of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Construction Entrepreneurship and Real Estate”.
The journal is published by the Science and Economics Publishing House of the University of Economics – Varna and is open access, which means that all content is available free of charge to users and they have the right to read, download, copy, distribute or use for other legitimate purposes without seeking prior permission from the publisher or the author (Budapest Open Access Initiative, BOAI).

The journal is electronic, published in two issues per year (February and June) and accepts manuscripts in English only.
