MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR MANUSCRIPTS
LANGUAGE – BULGARIAN and ENGLISH.
Electronic submission – emc@ue-varna.bg or via application form.
DOCUMENT TYPE – MS Office WORD.
VOLUME – MAIN TEXT (excluding abstract, references and appendices) not less than 18 000 characters or 10 standard pages; FULL TEXT (including tables, figures, appendices) not more than 36 000 characters or 20 standard pages.
Description of sources used and CITATION – Harvard System Convention an APA Citation Style.
FORMAT – Formatting of the text should be according to the TEMPLATE ONLY. All formal and technical requirements for manuscript formatting are specified in the template.
Once the article is accepted for publication, it is not subjected to language or style editing.
Upon acceptance of the article, the authors declare their agreement and grant the publisher the exclusive right to publish.
Articles submitted for publication must be original and must not have been previously published or be in the process of being reviewed and prepared for publication by other publishers.
Authors may use the article or part of it in future work without permission from the publisher, but this will require citation of the original article.
A FEE will be charged for the publication of articles as follows:
Participants in the eponymous, annual, international research and practice conference, Construction Entrepreneurship and Real Property, benefit from the conference registration fee already paid by them and do not owe additional payment;
External authors who did not participate in the annual international conference “Construction Entrepreneurship and Real Property” owe 100 BGN (for authors from Bulgaria) and 50 EUR (for authors from other countries).
Information on payment of the fee will be provided after approval for publication.
PAPERS WHICH DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION!
