We are pleased to invite you to participate in the first entirely practical event, aimed at the student audience and the business, within the FOURTH INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE “HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT”, organized by the University of Economics – Varna.
The aim of the workshop is to stimulate students’ creativity and promote their innovative and managerial thinking. They will work on core human resource management topics such as personnel planning, analysis and design, recruitment and selection, training, motivation and engagement. Students will exchange knowledge and ideas in the field of human resource management with professors and HR professionals.
WHEN: September 29, 2022, 4:30 p.m.
WHERE: hall 116 of the University of Economics – Varna
PARTICIPANTS: students from all courses and professional fields
WORKSHOP RULES:
- Students are randomly assigned to teams of 5 or 6 people.
- Each of the teams, on a lottery basis, chooses its mentor and the case on which it will work.
- The cases on which the teams of students and a mentor will work are based on specific situations from practice.
- Each team has 60 minutes to work on the case study and formulate the answers to the questions.
- Within the time set by the jury, the teams will present the solution to their case by means of a presentation.
- All team members or a representative chosen by them can present the results of the cases.
- The jury has the right to ask clarifying questions. After completion of the presentation, the competent jury evaluates the teams according to pre-announced criteria.
